~It's Crazy - No Surgical Tech J.o.b.s.?~

NO SURGICAL TECH J-O-B'S?

What?

Are you kindding me?

It's just plain crazy....

You'd be surprised how I'll get an occassional email from somebody telling me how they just can't find a job as a Surgical Tech.

WOW!!!

It's crazy I tell you, just crazy that qualified surgical techs cannot seem to find employment.

Often, the person who is complaining about not being able to find a job is probably sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring or the "surgical tech fairy" to come knocking on their door and wave a magic wand...

Now don't get all sensitive on me if this is you, I'm just having a little fun...

But seriously, I think it's crazy when I hear how people say they just can't seem to find a job.

If you've read the Surgical Tech Success Handbook, you've heard me make the bold statement that "I HAVE NEVER BEEN UNEMPLOYED (unless it was by my complete choice) since I graduated from Surgical Tech School".

Listen, jobs are out there for surgical techs.

As you may have noticed, over the last couple of weeks or so, I've been sending you notices when new jobs are posted.

This just proves my point that there are jobs out there.

I know, I know, there is a case every now and then where somebody is in a really small town and the jobs just aren't there.

In a case like that, you may have to do a little driving or possibly relocate, but there are jobs out there for surgical techs.

There's a perfect example of a surgical tech position in a smaller area of the country that was just posted today:

http://www.surgicaltechsuccess.com/surgicaltechjobs.html

Take a look at the newly posted position, which sounds great by the way, and you'll see what I mean.

If you can't seem to get your surgical tech career going, sit down and evaluate your game plan.

Employment opportunities have to know you are available and ready to work.

You can't just send out a resume or two and then sit back waiting for the phone to ring.

You have to be a doer and get out there, "pounding the pavement", knocking on doors, and making contacts until you get some responses.

I know some of you might not be too happy ( the ones who say they can't find work) after you read this, but I'm telling you that there are plenty of opportunities for surgical techs out there.

If you say you can't find a job, get up off the couch and start doing some serious job searching.

It takes work to find work.

Hey, I've even given you a F'R'E'E employment resource center full of tools to get you going right here:

http://www.surgicaltechsuccess.com/surgicaltechemploymenttools.html

You see, I'm just a hard sell when it comes to people telling me they just can't find a J.O.B....

I mean afterall, I did write a book on how you can find success as a surgical tech.

Get a jump on creating your successful career in surgery today!

Take a look at the Surgical Tech Success Handbook for the "inside scoop":
